From Call to Decision
What working with us looks like
Every visit runs the same way, on one rule: what’s best for your family, your situation, and your means — even when that means you don’t need us at all.
- 1
The call
We start with a conversation — your concern, what prompted it, your situation. A storm, a leak, a home sale, or just wanting to know where you stand. We gather the details before anyone climbs a ladder. No pressure, no obligation.
- 2
On-site documentation
We come to you and capture all of it: a full 360° photo record at ground level around the entire home, then the roof itself. Damaged components and any weak points get marked and photographed — accurate and complete, regardless of what we find.
- 3
You see it with us
Before we leave, we walk you through the photos — the real condition of your roof, in plain language. You see exactly what we see. Nothing to take on faith.
- 4
Straight guidance — including “you’re fine”
We lay out your options honestly, and sometimes that’s “nothing needs doing.” Depending on what’s actually up there: no repairs needed, a roof tune-up, storm damage worth documenting for an insurance claim, or — if it’s wear insurance won’t cover — retail repair or replacement, with financing and system options. One rule drives it: what’s best for your family, your situation, and your means.
- 5
A report you can use
When it helps your situation, we follow up with a written report — for a home sale, a repair-or-replace decision, or an insurance claim. A record of what’s actually there, and it’s yours.
- 6
If you choose to move forwardOptional
Decide to act, and we take it from there — repairs, replacement, exterior painting, and more. Your call, your timeline, only if it’s the right move for you.
