The Roof Shepherd customer texts
- These terms cover text messages sent by The Roof Shepherd LLC of Round Rock, Texas. Texts come from a dedicated Roof Shepherd texting number. Our published phone number stays 512-575-5052.
- What we textIf you check the texting box, we may text you about your request (appointment times, arrival notices, inspection results, invoices, payment links and receipts) and later with check-ins after severe weather near your property and roof maintenance reminders. We do not send advertising offers by text.
- How oftenMessage frequency varies with your project. Msg and data rates may apply.
- How to stopReply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text, or tell us any other way. We send one message confirming you are opted out, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@theroofshepherd.com or 512-575-5052.
- OptionalAgreeing to texts is never a condition of service or purchase.
- DeliveryWireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
