Outside Sales Representative
This is the role we are hiring for. Read how we work in the Learning Center first; it is what you would teach.
The work
You meet homeowners at their homes, document the roof with photos and plain notes, explain what you found and the choices they have, and follow each project through to a finished roof. You teach first and never push.
Where
Round Rock and the towns around it first, with travel across Texas when a storm or a project calls for it.
What we look for
Clear, honest communication. Comfort on a ladder and a roof with the right safety gear. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Roofing experience helps but is not required: we train to our written standard and our inspection method.
