Who Sets The Standard
Meet the founder
David Rodrigues
Founder and Standards Lead
David started The Roof Shepherd LLC in Round Rock on February 23, 2026. He sets the inspection and documentation standard every job is held to. He is often on the roof himself, and when someone else is, the standard and the written record are the same.
David brings a law enforcement background of 16+ years, where careful and complete records were the job. He grew up in Detroit, and his background also crosses restaurants, construction, business management, marketing and technology.
