Our Commitment
Standing With Texas First Responders
The Roof Shepherd was built by someone who spent more than 16 years in law enforcement. That work teaches you what first responders give up: missed holidays, overnight shifts, and the weight of other people’s worst days. You protect our homes. We want to help protect yours.

Our Commitment
What we commit to every first responder and military family we serve
Four commitments, in writing, to the people who protect our homes.
A real discount
Active or retired police, fire, EMS, 911 dispatch, and military receive 5% off retail roofing, up to $1,000. Show your ID or badge at signing. We look at it. We never copy or keep it.
The same straight answers everyone gets
We document what we find, show you the photos, and tell you plainly what your roof needs and what it does not.
No pressure
You work under enough of it. Take the time you need to decide.
Standing with the people who stand with you
We proudly support First Responders of America, a Texas business that unites first responders and the communities they serve.
How To Use It
Claiming the discount
Retail means work you pay for yourself.
Tell us when you reach out
Say you are a first responder or military when you call, text, or book. Call or text 512-575-5052 or start at Get Help. The discount shows as its own line on your estimate and contract.
Retail roofing only
5% off your written quoted price on roof replacements and repairs you pay for yourself, up to $1,000 per job. See the roofing page for what a replacement includes.

Questions about the discount
The first responder discount applies to retail roofing only and is not available on insurance claim work. If any part of a job is later paid through an insurance claim, the discount does not apply to that job. One discount per job. Does not combine with other offers.
Who qualifies for the first responder discount?
Active or retired police, fire, EMS, 911 dispatch, and military. Show your ID or badge at signing. We look at it and never copy or keep it.
How much is it?
5% off the retail roofing price, up to $1,000 per job. It shows as its own line on your estimate and your contract.
Does it apply to an insurance claim?
No. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible on an insurance claim, so the discount applies only to retail roofing you pay for yourself.
Can it be combined with another discount?
One discount per job. A Blue Line Bass Club member chooses one offer or the other; neither combines with other offers.
