The Roof Shepherd is a service-area business, so there is no walk-in storefront. I come to the property. I serve Central Texas from Round Rock, and I travel to the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas.
Hours and response time
Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 9:00pm Central. Closed Sunday. Most messages get a same-day reply, often within the hour. After a major storm the phone runs hot, so a text will usually reach me faster.
