How Extended Coverage Works
Same standard. Different zone.
The Roof Shepherd’s education-first, documentation-before-decisions approach is the same regardless of which Texas zone you’re in. In Central Texas, The Roof Shepherd operates directly out of Round Rock. In North Texas and Houston & Gulf Coast, service is fulfilled through our trusted partner network, the documentation standard, the homeowner education posture, and the insurance-safe approach do not change.
Physical roofing installation and repair in all three corridors is handled by vetted, RCAT-licensed and insured roofing contractors. The Roof Shepherd’s role is observation, documentation, guidance, and education, the decision and the contract remain the homeowner’s.
