What this video shows
What this shows: Applying a first-responder documentation mindset to property inspections: systematic, organized and complete whatever turns up. It is here because it explains where the documentation-first approach comes from.
The value of a documentation standard is that it does not change based on what is found. A roof gets the same slope by slope walk, the same photograph set and the same written notes whether it turns out to be damaged or fine, and the report that says this roof is in good condition is produced with the same care as the one that recommends a replacement. That matters for an obvious reason: an inspection that only produces a thorough record when it produces a sale is not an inspection, it is a sales call. It also matters for a less obvious one. A clean report on a dated record is exactly what makes the next report credible.
