What this video shows
What this shows: A screenshot walkthrough of the site's AI roof advisor, introduced in the video as Roof Advisor and now called Shepherd AI, answering a homeowner-style roofing question. It belongs here as a quick look at the tool this page explains.
Most homeowners buy a roof once or twice in a lifetime, so the first quote often becomes the only reference point. A little background before that conversation changes it. Knowing roughly how big the roof is, whether hail was reported near the address, and what a planning range looks like lets a homeowner tell a reasonable number from an outlier and ask better questions. A tool like this is a starting point and not a verdict. It cannot see the roof, it cannot say what is damaged, and a planning range is not a quote. What it can do is replace guessing with a few facts before anyone comes to the door, without asking for a phone number first.
