What this video shows

What this shows: Filmed next to Stonebriar in Frisco: how North Texas weather affects roofs and why an inspection helps avoid surprises. It belongs here as a plain explanation for North Texas homeowners.

The useful inspection is the one that happens before the next storm, not the one that happens after it. Once a roof has taken two or three seasons of weather without anyone looking at it, the question stops being what this storm did and becomes which storm did what, and that is a far harder question to answer on paper. A dated baseline record of the roof in its current condition turns the next event into a comparison instead of an argument. It costs nothing to establish and it is the single most useful thing a homeowner in a hail belt can have sitting in a folder.
